new to retreats?

  • A retreat, for me, is a space for connection. Connection with your body-mind, connection with nature, connection with community.

    Unlike on vacation, all the logistical decisions are taken care of. The accommodation is booked, the menus are planned, and the yoga is scheduled. No decision fatigue, just turn up as you are and enjoy.

    All you need to do is get yourself there, and I’ll take care of the rest.

  • There’s no exclusivity on a retreat with me! Whether you’re a total beginner, have loads of years of practice under your belt or anything in between, I create sessions that help you prioritise movement that works for you.

    Plus, yoga is so much more than just the shapes and movements, so there’s plenty to explore together beyond the postures.

  • Regardless of the style of class, all sessions on retreat are designed to be inclusive and low-pressure. See the last drop-down for more on this!

    The classic combo on retreat is a more energising, flowing class in the morning, then a gentle, more static class in the evening (tends to be yin or restorative yoga).

    This is the standard for my retreats, and any deviations will be listed on the individual retreat page.

  • Short answer: nope!

    This is your time. You can spend it however you’d like! There are sessions available on the retreat, but nothing is mandatory.

  • Always.

    Retreats are not cheap, and life is expensive enough as it is, so I always try to plan retreats with lots of notice in order to give you time to budget.
